Rev. Cindy Kohlmann
Lead Presbyter/Stated Clerk
Cindy serves NCP in these broad areas of ministry:
-
Keeping our vision and values central to our ministry and mission;
-
Head of Staff; and
-
Stated Clerk, serving the NCP in accordance with the specifications of the Book of Order.
Cindy will be the staff person connecting the system of governance and the bodies responsible for congregational ministry within the Presbytery and also within the PC(USA). They will resource the Presbytery's Commission on Ministers & Congregations, the Committee on Representation & Nominations, the Staff Relations Committee, the Trustees and the Permanent Judicial Commissioning. They will moderator the Vision & Coordination Commission and also manage and coordinate the work of the Presbytery staff.

Rev. Casey Carbone
Associate Presbyter for Congregational Ministries
Casey serves NCP in these broad areas of ministry:
-
Supporting & inspiring our congregations
-
Inspiring kinship and partnerships beyond the bounds of individual congregations; and
-
Connecting congregations with resources for mission and ministry.
He provides staff support for the Congregational Health & Vitality Team and Congregational Mission Grants and secondary staff support for the Commission on Ministers & Congregations.

Rev. Sarah Craven
Associate Presbyter for Missional Ministries
Sarah serves NCP in these broad areas of ministry:
-
Leading & coordinating a Presbytery-wide ministry with youth and young adults;
-
Promoting & encouraging peace and justice ministries locally, regionally, nationally and internationally; and
-
Empowering those discerning a call to pastoral ministry.
She shall form a Youth & Young Adults ministry and team, and will provide staff support for The Peace & Justice Team and the Commission on Preparation for Ministry.

Donna L. Scully
Ministry Admin/Asst. Stated Clerk
Donna provides operational, organizational, managerial, and communication functions for the NCP office and staff and the presbytery as a whole.

Anthony M. Condoluci-Smith
Business Admin / Treasurer
Anthony performs accounting functions including monitoring NCP’s cash position and requirements, overseeing its financial structure and providing business-related services. Anthony also serves as the Ignite Administrator.
