About the Event
This is the second of four dates for the review of 2025 session minutes. In anticipation of the review, please see the updated checklist of session actions, which provides a guideline for the reviewer and must be completed prior to arrival. You will note there are several new items for minutes inclusion which is meant as a helpful guide rather than a tool of non-compliance. The checklist is in accordance with Book of Order mandates.
In an effort to provide policy compliance and/or assistance, please also bring a copy of your church's ministry policies (as described in Book of Order G-3.0106) including:
Sexual Misconduct Policy
Harrassment Policy
Child & Youth Protection Policy
Anti-Racism Policy
