Matthew 25 Happenings

August 3, 2024 Presbytery Pause - In case Matthew 25 isn't familiar to you, Matthew 25 is a vision for how we enter into ministry and mission as the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). It was first adopted by the 222nd General Assembly in 2016 and has been reaffirmed at each General Assembly since then.

New Castle Presbytery signed on to the Matthew 25 vision in November of 2019 and we have 12 congregations, out of 1,228 congregations denomination-wide. Leaning into the three pillars of the vision, New Castle Presbytery has a number of things in process or coming soon.
