Warning and Waiting

November 7, 2024 Presbytery Pause from Rev. Dr. Tracy Keenan - My turn to write the Presbytery Pause was scheduled for today, two days day after the national election. Consider this a moment of personal privilege as I share what is on my heart.

A lot of messages in the past few days urged us, no matter how the election turned out, to ground ourselves in love and to be courageous. But frankly, I am not there yet. I still have some waiting to do, as it says in Psalm 27:14[i].
