2023 Statistics Reporting Open!

It's that time of year to begin filing the congregational year-end statistical report.

System input will be open commencing tomorrow, Friday, DECEMBER 1st.

• GUIDELINES and QUESTIONS: The statistics entry webpage contains helpful tools and definitions to complete the process. (GA Statistical Reporting FAQs/entry)

• TEMPLATE: The PDF input review contains an outline of the report you will enter online.

• PASSWORDS: Your password is the same as last year. Should you require a reminder, please contact me and I will assist.

• ENTRY AND SUBMISSION: Begin your submission online by accessing the statistical webpage here.

  • All information entered is automatically saved, and you may enter the data one section at a time and enter the system later to complete.

    • Depressing "Submit" will finalize the entire report. Do not hit “Submit” until the report is complete, otherwise you will be locked out. I can assist you from that point, if necessary, until the Presbytery deadline access date February 26, 2024.

    • DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF YOUR STATISTICAL REPORT IS THURSDAY, February 15, 2024.

• ASSISTANCE: Information submitted to the on-line site can be reviewed by the New Castle Presbytery through February 26, 2024.

• Any questions must be referred to the presbytery office, rather than OGA, including:

  • Any changes after the church submission deadline of February 15, 2024, and requested until Presbytery deadline of February 26, 2024; and

  • Church usernames or passwords. Contact Donna Scully via email.

LAST NOTE: The statistical information submitted for the calendar year 2023 is utilized for per capita calculations for the 2025 calendar year.
