May 12, 2024 Presbytery Pause - A little over a year ago, the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church assembled mid council leaders for a series of conversations. During those conversations, it became abundantly clear that the way we have known healthcare coverage for pastors in the PC(USA) was going to change. The reason for the coming changes, without a doubt, was the ever-spiraling-higher cost of healthcare.
