Live into Hope

July 6, 2024 Presbytery Pause - This year's GA226 assembly theme was "Live Into Hope," and it was a fantastic invitation and promise for this time in the life of our church, our country, and our world. Our commissioners TE Caitlan Gartland and RE Jeanette Zipf and Young Adult Advisory Delegate Matt Kroen represented us well.

We were invited into the work of discernment and collaboration. In a time when holding different opinions, especially strongly held opinions, can lead to shouting matches and even violence, we engaged in respectful and mostly measured debate.
